Who We are

CWC members write novels, short stories, screen plays , poetry, nonfiction articles, books and more. More than half of our members  are published.

 

We are a 501(c)(6) nonprofit and one of 22 branches in the state. Our state organization is a 501(c)(3) and that website is www.calwriters.org

 
Our free in-person meetings take place second Saturdays
Check in and Networking 2:30 with Meeting and Program 3:00 - 5:00
Los Altos United Methodist Church
5950 E. Willow St. (at Woodruff).
Check in at the community room (Heritage Hall).
Parking in two lots on the church campus, and also along the curb in front.

Panelists are Chrysteen Braun, author of the Guest Book Trilogy Series:  The Man in Cabin Number Five, The Girls in Cabin Number Three,

and The Starlet in Cabin Number Seven.

 

and panelist Elizabeth Conte, author of Finding Jane and Chosen Mistress.

  

Chrysteen and Elizabeth will share their experiences and offer tips for how to publish a book as an indie author.
